Edu’s fitness journey is a worldwide adventure. He started out training in Taekwondo in his native Argentina. Later, he trained as a semi-professional runner and cross country athlete in Europe. And now over 12 years ago, after moving to Australia, Edu’s passion for fitness became his profession. He is passionate about biomechanics, functional training, postural retraining, and injury prevention and management.

With his solid knowledge and experience, Edu has created an innovative training method that mixes the foundations of strength and conditioning training with Pilates. This approach has proven to be the perfect combination to improve mobility, motor control, posture, strength, and performance in all his athletes — how Edu sees each of his clients, athletes training to achieve their fitness goals.
