I've been training with Edu since October 2018. During this time, he has helped me become fitter and stronger, while teaching me the correct ways to approach exercises without injury. I really enjoy his use of Pilates in a lot of the workouts. Edu has also tailored my training to help me become a better runner. I've seen great results in my times and endurance, and I can feel that my form is a lot better. Being able to run my first half marathon in May 2019 was a testament to the training I'd done with him.

 

As part of my training, Edu measures my body composition periodically, which looks at measurements like muscle mass, metabolic age and visceral fat levels. Being able to review this has helped me see and understand how my fitness is improving thanks to my training.

 

Overall, I would highly recommend Edu. His use of Pilates, high intensity, strength and mobility training makes his approach to training dynamic and challenging (in a good way). 10/10 would train again with Edu!"
